Classes at the Academy are available
to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and minors who have
parental consent to enroll. Eclectic Academy reserves the right to
restrict, modify, suspend or terminate any student for violation of
these Terms of Use.

In consideration of your use of the
Academy you agree to; (1) provide true, accurate and current
information about yourself on the enrollment form. If you provide any
information that is inaccurate, or not current, or if Eclectic
Academy has reasonable grounds to suspect the information is
inaccurate, Eclectic Academy has the right to terminate your account
and may refuse future enrollment in the Academy.

Instructors retain the copyright to
their course material. This proprietary material, including but not
limited to all text, graphics, sounds and viewlets is protected by
law, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights and laws. You may
make a single copy of the content on a CD or floppy disk and a single
print copy, if desired, for personal, non-commercial use only,
provided you keep all copyright notices intact and do not alter the
information in any way. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, upload,
republish, transmit or distribute this material in any manner without
the written consent of the author.
